August 2024 Cosmetology Program

TABE testing will begin May 1, 2024 for our August 2024 Cosmetology program.

ACT has funding available to allow WV residents to obtain a new career for FREE. When you start class between May 1, 2024 and April 30, 2025. This includes tuition, fees and books. This funding is available to all WV residents who complete their *FAFSA and the HEAPS application.

*as required to cover the entire length of your program

The first step in the enrollment process is to request a free TABE exam:

https://www.wvact.net/request-tabe-exam

After you fill out the TABE link you should receive an email with test information. If you do not receive an email within a few days check your junk folder. Many students say this email goes to their junk folder for some reason.

To learn more about this program visit https://www.wvact.net/cosmetology and find the enrollment check sheet that outlines the steps to enroll.

Interviews will be held the week of June 3, 2024 so candidates will need to test in May 2024 to be eligible to apply.
